My wife, Nancy, and I have been married for over 30 years. We have four daughters and three grandchildren.

I have been a successful agency owner with American Family Insurance for 30 years. I have received numerous sales awards over the years including AFLIC and All-American recognition. My agency has also consistently received the American Star Certification for excellent customer service based on customer surveys and feedback.

I enjoy hunting and fishing with my friends and family. My family and I like to spend weekends at our lake cabin as well.

Currently, I serve on the Board Of Regents at MSU and on the board for Give360. In the past I've been President of MSU Beaver Boosters, Sertoma, and Minot Life Underwriters. I've also worked with our church council and NDE Board for Affordable Housing.

I worked in retail before I became an insurance agent and I value the skills I learned during that time.
