Justin is married to Missy who is a 5th grade teacher in Hershey. They are blessed with three children, ranging in age from high school to elementary.

Justin Thompson Agency, Inc was founded in 2008. He began with his North Platte office location and has since expanded to 4 locations, including Ogallala, Broken Bow, and Ord. Justin is passionate about insurance, his Agency, and protecting your Dreams!

In his spare time, Justin volunteers for local non-profit organizations, is an avid sportsman, and enjoys his time spent as a coach for youth sports teams.

Justin is a dedicated and active leader, holding prominent positions on community boards and within the insurance industry. Some of those include TeamMates Mentoring and the Rodeo Committee for NEBRASKAland Days.

Justin lives a Western lifestyle, owning a ranch and competed in the Professional Rodeo Association for 12 years.
