Andrea joined us in August 2016 and brought with her a wealth of customer service experience from her 20+ years working in the corporate world. She specializes in our personal lines markets and establishing individual relationships that are such an integral part of the what we do in providing personalized coverage. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, playing on the lake, gardening and rooting for our home teams, “”Go Vikes”!

If you have called our agency anytime since 2014, you have probably spoken to Diane. She and her husband moved up to Grand Rapids area from Crosby in 2013 to live in "the boonies" and be close to nature. She loves her dog Sassy (and all animals really), enjoys outdoor photography, hunting, and fishing. She also is a full time pastor for the United Method Congregations in Pengilly and Nashwauk. Diane will tell you that she specializes in American Family's "classic" book of business since she has been working with it for over 25 years with American Family agents in Brainerd, Crosby, and now Grand Rapids.
