I am a native speaker of both Mandarin and Cantonese. I moved to the U.S. with my family at the age of 20 and have since spent more time studying and living in the U.S. than in China.

With a major in Economics and Mathematics and coursework in Actuarial Science, I bring a robust analytical foundation to my role. I am a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), currently pursuing the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation. My diverse expertise enables me to deliver comprehensive and well-informed insurance solutions.

I’m passionate about music—it’s my constant source of inspiration. I love traveling to uncover new cultures and cuisines, and exploring different foods is one of my favorite pastimes. I’m an avid reader, always diving into a variety of books. Plus, I find city walks invigorating; they offer a perfect chance to clear my mind and spark new ideas.
