I've been a licensed Customer Service Representative with American Family Insurance since 2013. I focus on delivering exceptional service by listening to clients' needs and ensuring their dreams are protected. I prioritize educating customers about their policies. Outside of work, I enjoy quality time with loved ones and lake activities.

I have been managing the agency’s operations since Oct 2024 and started selling property, casualty, and life insurance in Dec 2024. With 25 years in corporate healthcare, I bring experience in finance, marketing, and acquisitions. I'm dedicated to providing excellent customer service and helping clients find the coverage they need. Outside of work, I enjoy lake time, hiking, and fall Jeep rides.

I joined the agency in February 2025. With a life license since 2019, I'm excited to expand my sales career to include property and casualty insurance. As a dedicated insurance producer, I empower individuals and families in the lake area with personalized protection plans. Outside of work, I enjoy motorcycles, boating, reading, and visiting North Dakota to see our kids and grandsons.
