Raymond and his wife Rebecca, married since 2005, reside in Surprise, AZ. They are proud parents of five wonderful children and have been blessed with three grandchildren.

Raymond Grim is a dedicated business owner and former chairperson for the Government Affairs Committee of the Surprise Regional Chamber of Commerce. He has served as a pastor and was a commissioner on the Parks & Rec Board for the City of Surprise. Raymond also chairs the Mayor's Breakfast with the Pastors and National Day of Prayer, Surprise, showcasing his commitment to community and leadership.

Raymond enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, camping, and fishing. He also has a passion for sports, playing softball and dedicating time to coaching.

Raymond has been recognized as an All American in 2005. He also has earned AFLIC, receiving the award twice. He consistently earns the American Star Award and was named Member of the Year by the Surprise Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Raymond Grim, a Surprise resident since 1995, has been a dedicated community member. For 20 years, he coached youth sports like baseball, basketball, and soccer. Since 2003, he's been active in local Chamber of Commerce, also at one time chairing the Government Affairs Committee. Raymond also volunteers at a local church and organizing charitable events like A Very Merry Christmas.
